As Performance Marketing SEA Manager, you will be responsible for developing our SEA strategy across all countries. Your main goal is to create an outstanding customer experience while fostering growth and profitability. To achieve this, you are leading our SEA agency and collaborating closely with internal teams, including Graphics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• identify, develop, and implement new processes to enhance performance and efficiency within the channel
• launch new Search and Shopping campaigns from scratch for new countries and continuously improve existing search campaigns, including ad copy optimization, target definition, and asset improvements
• design incrementality tests to prove the value of Paid Search
• collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel campaigns

YOU COME WITH

• 2+ years of extensive SEA experience within e-commerce environment
• solid analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• passionate about performance marketing and having the ambition to push our SEA channel to the next level
• fluency in English and in one other European language
