As a FPA & Controlling Manager you will get a broad overview of all key financial processes at Westwing and will have the possibility to drive them further. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Executive Team – thus, you are actively involved in many strategic and operations topics as well as in important decisions on Westwing Group and entity level. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• be a key contributor to the FP&A & Controlling team in creating transparency on general, administrative, and marketing costs across the entire Group
• contribute to managing and transforming the financial closing process
• work with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries and act as a steering partner to relevant stakeholders, including the CFO and members of Westwing's Executive team and leaders across all functions
• provide analyses to inform and strengthen top management decisions by providing a high degree of financial transparency and insights
• help manage financial risk, raise flags when you expect deviations to plan and provide improvement suggestions
• serve as the key partner in managing and transforming the financial planning processes for group-wide general, administrative and marketing costs

YOU COME WITH

• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical environment like Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling or Finance 
• very strong analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• drive to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and improve them
• professional experience in a fast-paced environment mastering complex, unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to organize
• ability to communicate in a clear, fact-based and convincing way with different seniority levels
• passion about making an impact and working in a multicultural team
• fluency in English
