JOIN OUR TEAM

As Last Mile Manager for the CEE region, you will play a key role in managing the transportation operations that ensure the quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness of delivering our beautiful products to customers' doorsteps through our third-party logistics (3PL) partners. You will own the operational and commercial success of this key market and work closely with a team of linehaul and last mile logistics experts as we build a world-class supply chain. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw or Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• manage daily operations of last mile logistics and collaborate closely with your 3PL logistics partners and internal teams
• build strong relationships with your 3PL partners, monitor their operational performance, and implement corrective actions where needed
• track and report logistics costs, assist in budgeting, and optimise transportation spend
• monitor sustainability standards in delivery practices and business processes
• support tech solutions for improved tracking, reporting, and efficiency in coordination with 3PL partners
• own and drive improvement projects along our transportation roadmap

YOU COME WITH

• bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of experience in transportation, ideally gained with a 3PL logistics provider or retailer
• negotiation and/or tender management experience preferred
• strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and 3PL partners
• a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data analysis, with excellent Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and warehouse management systems is a plus
• self-driven, hands-on approach, with a problem-solving mindset
• ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• fluency in Polish and English; other Eastern European languages (e.g. Czech or Slovak) are a plus
