JOIN OUR TEAM

As an Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for aspects of product development, including quality specs and checks, sample follow-up, internal production matters, coordinating photo shoots and marketing samples, as well as placing purchase orders (POs). You will have the opportunity to work with various types of products, such as rugs and home textiles. Please submit your application documents in English. This position is limited to 1 year and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• direct cooperation with our Westwing buyers
• direct cooperation with the creative and quality teams during the product development process
• organisation and responsibility for all photoshoot samples for our products
• direct contact with our Asian and European business partners
• supervision of order placements

YOU COME WITH

• a background in textiles or commercial
• a proactive, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality
• strong organisational and time management skills
• strong knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• excellent English skills (German skills are a plus)
