Senior Marketing Manager – Stores (m/f/d)

As Senior Marketing Manager - Stores you will drive in-store marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance awareness, increase traffic, and push sales across our offline locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to design and implement impactful, data-driven campaigns that align with our brand vision and meet our revenue goals. You’ll bring a strategic and creative approach to our retail marketing, ensuring a cohesive and compelling customer experience at every touchpoint. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • develop, lead and execute the marketing strategy for our stores, focusing on customer acquisition, traffic and retention
  • collaborate closely with marketing, the leadership team and store managers to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives in alignment with the overall brand strategy
  • track performance through established KPIs, providing insights on campaign results for data-driven decisions
  • research on consumer insights and market trends to continuously optimise store performance
  • support promoting new store openings and oversee the creation and execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, events and collaborations
  • manage the marketing budget for stores, strategically allocating resources to maximise impact and ROI
YOU COME WITH
  • 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a retail-focused marketing role, ideally within the premium or luxury home & living or fashion industry
  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • proven experience in creating store marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and sales
  • strong project management, data analysis, and decision-making skills
  • effective collaborator with excellent communication abilities
  • creative, strategic thinker who quickly adapts to retail trends and thrives working independently in fast-paced environments
  • proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) is a plus
  • excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
