JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Senior Manager/Team Lead FP&A & Controlling, you will gain a comprehensive overview of all key financial processes at Westwing and have the opportunity to further develop them. You will work closely with the finance executive team, becoming actively involved in strategic and operational topics, as well as in critical decisions at both the Westwing Group and entity levels. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• lead the FP&A and controlling function across the Group including three team members
• act as stand-in for the Director Corporate Finance from time to time, based on business needs, ensuring smooth operations and continuity within the team
• work with stakeholders from various teams, functions, and countries, acting as a steering partner to key stakeholders, including the CFO and members of Westwing’s executive team and functional leaders
• provide company-wide critical analyses to inform and strengthen top management decisions by delivering financial transparency and insights
• manage financial risks by identifying deviations from plans, raising concerns, and offering improvement suggestions

YOU COME WITH

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical environment such as financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance
• strong analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to dive into details while also seeing the bigger picture
• drive to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes and improve them
• experience in fast-paced environments, handling complex, unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership, organisation, and drive
• strong ability to communicate clearly, factually, and persuasively with stakeholders at all seniority levels
• enthusiasm for making an impact and working in a multicultural team
• previous experience in leading a team is an advantage
• fluency in English
