Junior Customer Care Specialist with Czech or Slovak (m/f/d)

As a Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for customer care via the various channels of (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process
  • resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details
  • collaborate with other departments within Westwing
YOU COME WITH
  • fluency in Czech or Slovak
  • an empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others
  • excellent listening skills
  • strong organisational abilities
  • communicative English at a minimum B2 level
  • basic Polish language skills
