B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will execute our marketing strategy in the DACH region, focusing on content creation and lead generation to drive business growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will develop targeted, content-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our B2B audiences, leverage organic and paid channels, and generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. You will also monitor performance through KPIs, optimising campaigns to align with business goals and customer needs. The position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • develop and implement B2B marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • create and manage targeted content such as case studies, expert articles, adverts, and editorials for various digital and offline channels to engage our B2B audiences
  • plan, execute, and analyse digital and offline marketing campaigns, including SEA, email, social media, and events
  • develop strategies to improve lead quality and volume in close collaboration with the sales team
  • monitor KPIs and marketing budgets, create reports, and derive data-driven optimisations
  • work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to deliver activities efficiently and on time
YOU COME WITH
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful B2B marketing campaigns within fast-growing environments, preferably in the e-commerce industry in the home & living market
  • passionate about organic and performance marketing, coupled with the ambition to push our B2B marketing to the next level
  • excellent communication and project management skills that enable an effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • proficiency in leveraging data and marketing analytics to make informed decisions and optimise campaign performance
  • ability to proactively make suggestions and take initiatives to advance marketing activities
  • fluency in English and German
  • solid knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEA, marketing automation) as well as traditional marketing approaches
  • proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • a creative and analytical mindset, a team player with strong communication and project management skills
