JOIN OUR TEAM
As an experienced and driven Senior Strategic People & Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support our warehouse operations and be responsible for end-to-end management of people projects, processes and policies. You will be providing strategic advice on eye level to the leadership in your area of responsibility on all people related topics and initiate and implement required people initiatives to drive organisational effectiveness and develop a positive working environment. This role reports to the Team Lead People & Business Partner at the headquarter in Munich and therefore requires seamless collaboration across countries. This position is unlimited and located in Robakowo.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • design and implement People & Culture projects, policies, processes, and tools to drive organizational effectiveness
  • advice leaders on critical people matters acting as a trusted and strategic sparring partner
  • closely collaborate and support People & Business Partners on site, including the direct supervision of one Junior People & Business Partner
  • support and facilitate People & Culture activities, including onboarding, development, leadership coaching, employee lifecycle feedback, engagement, and recognition
  • ensure optimal staffing levels and work schedules while providing day-to-day operational guidance
  • analyze key people as well as operational data trends and metrics and drive people decisions
  • lead change initiatives, contribute to organizational development, and implement strategies aligned with business goals
  • continuously assess organizational effectiveness and implement appropriate actions
  • collaborate with temporary work agencies in making high volume hiring plan (along with regular agency KPI monitoring)
YOU COME WITH
  • experience from a business-driven business partner role in an international e-commerce or production environment
  • strong ownership, entrepreneurial and holistic thinking and understanding People & Culture as an enabler for the business
  • willingness to go the extra mile in a dynamic, demanding work environment
  • ability to understand Westwing’s strategy and organisational needs and derive respective people decisions
  • very good knowledge of Polish labour law
  • very good English skills
  • experience in working in an environment with trade unions
  • experience in leading a small team
  • sense of urgency, can do attitude, and a self-directed manner
  • passion for people and culture profession
  • empathy, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in collaboration with external partners such as temporary agencies
