Manager Retail Campaigns (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Manager Retail Campaigns, you will drive the strategic and thematic planning of inspirational campaigns that serve as key entry points for our customers and excite design lovers. You will work closely with our marketing and creative content teams to bring these campaigns to life. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • strategic planning for seasonal and thematic campaigns, overseeing the end-to-end process
  • engage in marketing research to stay informed about market developments and trends
  • select SKUs for seasonal and thematic campaigns and develop visions for seasonal worlds
  • plan and pitch weekly campaigns as well as quarterly campaign concepts
  • foster alignment across key stakeholders, including creative, marketing, category management, and demand planning teams
  • perform comprehensive post-campaign evaluations to inform future strategies
YOU COME WITH
  • completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., Marketing, Product Management)
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in product management or key account management in an FMCG company or a comparable industry (e.g., Fashion, Beauty, etc.)
  • strong interest and passion for Home & Living, as well as a keen sense for products, trends, and aesthetics
  • analytical and strategic thinking skills are required, along with the ability to interpret data and derive actions from it
  • high motivation, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise under time pressure
  • assertiveness, a strong sense of ownership, and negotiation skills
  • fluent in German and English
