As Solution Analyst, you will lead automation and process optimisation projects across Westwing's global organisation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as RPA and AI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• lead analytical and optimisation projects to support various departments within the organisation
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and map end-to-end processes, and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and automation
• analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
• design and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to drive efficiency
• explore and integrate AI-driven solutions, where applicable, to further enhance process optimisation
• provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives requiring problem-solving and analytical skill

YOU COME WITH

• strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• experience in process mapping and process improvement (knowledge of BPMN or UML)
• ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and propose automation solutions
• knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, especially Uipath
• understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in process automation
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives
• excellent spoken and written English
