As a Creator Marketing Performance Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing performance within our Creator Marketing program on a global scale. You will analyze, adapt, and report on critical data insights while supporting project coordination and operational tasks. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • analyse and adapt data to optimise performance and efficiency within global Creator Marketing Program
  • develop and assess business cases to support strategic decision-making
  • support budget forecasting through data analysis and performance tracking
  • monitor and track the evolution of program development, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • collaborate closely with teams to coordinate projects and ensure operational efficiency
  • assist in project coordination and execution of operational tasks
YOU COME WITH
  • 2+ years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or a related field
  • experience in business case development and performance optimisation
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools
  • exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
