As Working Student Supply Chain Management, you will provide administrative assistance to the supply chain department, ensuring the smooth operation of various supply chain processes. The position is limited to 1 year and is located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• providing logistics support for our Supply Chain managers across different product categories
• following up on orders placed by the Supply Chain team and arranging the payments to our suppliers in Europe and Asia 
• managing stock uploads and updating delivery times 
• reporting non-successful deliveries to the suppliers and managing re-deliveries 
• tracking customers’ orders and making sure our products are delivered on time
• preparing reports and summaries necessary to proper functioning of the team 
• working closely with many of our internal departments (Warehouse Logistics, Buying, Customer Care, Finance)

YOU COME WITH

• you are enrolled as a bachelor or master student in a relevant field of study
• work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is desirable
• excellent organisation of working time, including priority-setting
• fast comprehension and structured way of working
• loads of positive energy with a hands-on approach
• willing to work in a very dynamic environment
• drive, passion for impact, and pragmatism
• communicative and friendly personality, as well as assertive
• first experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• fluent or good English skills
