As Intern Business Development Marketing you will acquire a solid overview of what makes our different marketing activities successful while supporting in the planning and execution of numerous projects. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities to develop your skills in project management, analytical initiatives, and market research – covering topics like market expansion and new customer acquisition – while empowering you to go beyond the typical intern role and make a lasting impact on our marketing strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• conduct market research, evaluate and identify opportunities and strategies for marketing that will facilitate successful expansion into new markets
• support analytical initiatives, identify growth drivers to further boost GMV and attract new customers in collaboration with various Marketing and cross-departmental teams
• assist in coordinating multiple projects, prepare and manage project plans and contribute to the implementation of initiatives while managing relationships with stakeholders across different marketing areas
• be the catalyst for spreading our vision, play an active role in orchestrating engaging and informative initiatives to ensure all marketing teams are aligned with our visionary strategy, laying the foundation for continued success in 2025

YOU COME WITH

• bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a comparable course of study
• initial practical experience in areas such as consulting, project management, analytical projects or e-commerce
• hands-on mindset with willingness to quickly learn new skills
• communicative and friendly attitude with interest in collaborating with different teams to drive projects
• structured working approach with a good sense for time and priority management
• strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• excellent written and spoken language in English
