Intern Marketing Campaigns (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM
As Intern Marketing Campaigns you will support the Brand & Product Campaign Managers in ideating, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our Westwing Collection and third-party brands across all countries. From day one, you will take on operational and analytical tasks and gain valuable experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns such as collection launches, sales events or brand collaborations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management while working closely with various stakeholders within the Marketing department and across the company. This position is limited to 6 months and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • support the development and execution of global (360°) marketing campaigns serving brand and commercial goals (e.g. seasonal launches, product campaigns, brand collaborations) 
  • conduct market research (incl. competitors, customer insights, industry trends) to identify growth opportunities and develop campaign strategies 
  • independently own workstreams within campaigns and be responsible for partial projects
  • monitor campaign performance, analyse data of key metrics and derive learnings for future campaign success
  • support in the creation of presentations and post-campaign analysis reports
  • work with various stakeholders in cross-functional projects (incl. marketing channels, creative teams, category management)
YOU COME WITH
  • studies in the field of marketing, business, communication, or a related field
  • enthusiasm for marketing, branding and retail in the premium segment 
  • strong project management skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects effectively
  • good analytical skills and data-driven mindset 
  • a proactive, hands-on approach
  • quick understanding, reliability and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus
