(Junior) Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM
As a (Junior) Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods across our supply chain network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including buying teams and warehouse operations, to guarantee the timely delivery of products to our customers. Furthermore, you will work with suppliers based in Asia and Europe to meet demand requirements and ensure product availability. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including supplier onboarding, order management, shipment tracking, and product availability
  • build strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers across Asia and Europe to ensure smooth collaboration and communication
  • analyse demand and work with suppliers to secure timely, accurate deliveries and avoid stock issues
  • fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • coordinate logistics and work closely with freight partners, warehouses, and buying teams to ensure seamless operations
  • drive continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and leading optimisation initiatives
YOU COME WITH
  • a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • at least three years' proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
  • ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • fluency in English
