Influencer Marketing Project & Performance Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM
As Influencer Marketing Project & Performance Manager, you will be the operational and strategic backbone behind our influencer performance efforts, while also playing a key role in driving structure, insights, and efficiency across expansion initiatives and store openings. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • own and evolve the performance reporting and KPI tracking for all influencer marketing activities across existing and future markets, conducting deep dives and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and implement performance-enhancing measures
  • collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively measured and optimised, supporting ongoing efforts in tracking, attribution modelling, and data accuracy
  • provide project-based support across organisational and structural initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • partner closely with expansion and store opening teams to strategically and operationally support market rollouts
  • track and report on costs and budgets related to new market activities and project expansions
  • act as a strategic sparring partner on process development and continuous improvement for influencer and expansion initiatives
YOU COME WITH
  • 2+ years experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or project management roles
  • strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, performance dashboards, and budget tracking
  • proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • experience with performance tracking tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel) and influencer platforms is a plus
  • structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
