Store Expansion Project Manager (m/f/d)

As Store Expansion Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our new Stores to life across multiple European locations. You will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Store opening process - from contract negotiations and construction to Store setup - ensuring every new Store reflects our premium brand standards. You will work closely with a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team in Munich and across Germany. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • lead and manage the entire Store opening project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful launches
  • coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align all activities
  • maintain and monitor detailed project plans and milestones and develop scalable blueprints for efficient future Store openings
  • ensure budget compliance and proactively manage costs and risks
  • perform site visits as needed to supervise construction and ensure execution quality
  • act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project 
  • solve problems proactively, identify and monitor potential risks
  • provide regular status updates and reports to management
  • promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
YOU COME WITH
  • university degree, preferably with a business or economics major
  • preferably experience in premium/luxury retail (especially home & living or fashion) and/or a background in construction or project management within retail environments
  • a structured, organised and proactive working style and persistence and the ability to follow up and drive progress across departments
  • experience in project documentation, reporting and quality assurance processes
  • a holistic understanding of projects paired with a sharp eye for detail
  • the ability to develop scalable processes while staying flexible and creative in solving challenges
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
  • a collaborative, team-oriented mindset that motivates and inspires others
  • a strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit and organisational skills
  • proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Asana and Google Suite
  • flexibility to travel to shop locations as needed
