As HR Controlling & Compensation Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and people impact – driving transparency, insight, and excellence across our People & Culture landscape. You’ll ensure that our compensation philosophy, analytics, and personnel cost management truly support Westwing’s ambitious growth. The position is permanent and based in Munich or Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• build and maintain key People & Culture reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, compensation KPIs) and drive data quality across systems
• provide actionable insights and analyses to P&C leadership, Finance, and Management, supporting strategic decisions and board reporting
• manage and evolve our pay bands to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with our compensation philosophy
• support the annual Performance & Pay Review process and equity-related topics in close collaboration with Finance and Legal
• monitor P&C and Office budgets, conduct forecasts and variance analyses, and deliver sharp commentary for management
• act as a key interface across Finance, P&C Ops, People Business Partners, and Sustainability, contributing to cross-functional analytics and ESG projects

YOU COME WITH

• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Controlling, or People Analytics
• strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with HR systems (Personio a plus)
• structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to translate data into insights
• collaborative spirit, ownership mentality, and drive for continuous improvement
• fluent English; German is a plus
