As Head of FP&A and Investor Relations, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function at Group level, driving forecasting excellence, performance transparency and strategic insight across the business, while enhancing shareholder value. As a key partner to the CFO and Executive Team, you will help advance our capital markets narrative, enable data-driven decision-making and steer company-wide initiatives with measurable impact. This is a high-impact financial leadership role with significant visibility and influence across the organisation and towards the investment community. The position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • lead the FP&A team at Group level, ensuring best-in-class financial planning, forecasting and performance management
  • partner closely with the CFO, Executive Team and senior leadership across functions, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • drive continuous improvement of financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability across P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
  • lead, mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making across the organisation, including investments, resource allocation and risk management
  • identify risks, deviations and opportunities in the business, and propose corrective measures and strategic initiatives
  • ensure financial transparency by building robust reporting tools, KPI frameworks and data analysis capabilities
  • manage the investor relations function, including communication with shareholders and analysts, and preparation of earnings calls, investor conferences and roadshows
  • shape and refine the company’s equity story, contributing to capital markets positioning and regulatory disclosures
  • advise the CFO on capital markets strategy and external financial communication
  • act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the business to ensure finance adds measurable value to strategic and operational initiatives

YOU COME WITH

  • 8+ years of professional experience in FP&A, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • a strong track record of partnering with C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
  • proven experience in e-commerce and high-growth environments; experience in a publicly listed or private equity-backed company is a plus
  • solid understanding of capital markets, investor relations dynamics and financial disclosure requirements
  • exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in preparing investor materials and communicating financial narratives to external audiences
  • demonstrated success in transforming financial planning processes, improving efficiency and scaling frameworks
  • experience in building and leading teams, with a passion for coaching and talent development
  • advanced Excel skills; experience with Business Central, Lucanet, Power BI, SQL, Tableau or budgeting tools is a plus
  • fluency in English; German is a plus
