Build and grow our B2B customer segment by establishing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers, and by positioning our products as a preferred choice in their client and project work
Develop and grow existing accounts in France and Belgium to reach our sales targets for the respective region
Lead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project close, using data and AI-supported tools to identify opportunities and optimise pipeline management
Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and help establish internal processes to scale the architecture and design business
Develop and implement retention and upselling initiatives for your region, while continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction
Collaborate with senior leadership on key presentations and represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs
3+ years of working experience with a strong track record in business development and account management in the B2B furniture, home and living or design industry
An established network within the French and/or Belgian design community
An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality to grow revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction
The ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders at various levels
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with precision and speed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an advantage
