Senior FP&A Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver end-to-end financial insights across the Group, enabling effective performance management and informed decision-making
- Support the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations in leading the day-to-day operations of the FP&A team, driving execution, cross-functional alignment, and strategic decision-making across the Group
- Monitor financial and operational performance, proactively identifying deviations from plan, assessing their drivers, and recommending corrective actions
- Drive the continuous optimisation of financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Support the coaching and development of junior team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
YOU COME WITH
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or a large corporate environment in a finance-related role
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to combine analytical rigour, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
- Experience or interest in AI tools and automation is a plus
- Proactive and self-driven attitude combined with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously, lead end-to-end projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement and best practices in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
