JOIN OUR TEAM

As an Intern Retail Campaigns, you will work directly alongside our Campaign Manager supporting the execution of high-impact sales events and daily promotions across 28 European markets. In this hands-on, highly operational role, you will act as a key operational engine for the department, ensuring seamless campaign readiness, accurate product data, and flawless cross-functional execution before campaigns go live. We are looking for an organised, proactive self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of operational workflows and reporting from day one. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive daily operational execution of retail campaigns and major commercial events (e.g. Black Friday) across European markets
  • Monitor campaign readiness and follow up on critical operational deadlines with cross-functional stakeholders in Content, Buying, Supply Chain, and Logistics
  • Perform thorough quality checks on product information, stock levels, and store setups prior to campaign launch to guarantee a zero-defect customer experience
  • Maintain campaign planning tools, master data, and operational trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely cross-border communication
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation or simplification initiatives to streamline campaign workflows and clear operational blockers
  • Support sustainability-related tasks and ad-hoc reporting requirements within the Retail Campaigns team

YOU COME WITH

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field with a strong interest in e-commerce and Home & Living
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with operational trackers and data management tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a hands-on attitude, and the initiative to take autonomous ownership of tasks
  • Highly organized approach with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Business fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
